He ruined those 3 nice white boys lives for those years. They were COMPLETELY INNOCENT. Al Sharpton just jumps in anytime something racial happens and stirs up the drama even worse. I don't see Al Sharpton jumping to white girls aid after they get raped by a black man.

27,000 Black on White rapes in America every year, but only 85 White on Black rapes(-3 now because Duke case was a lie!).

DA Deserves to rot in cell, those boys were Academic, Athletes of the highest level, at the finest university.

No. Mike Nifong just wanted to nail some rich white kids for ******* up. Rich white kids typically keep their noses clean, and Nifong wanted to drag these division 1 athletes out of Duke kicking and screaming. Well, he failed. Reade Seligmann now goes to Johns Hopkins, which might qualify him as a badass.

He resigned; an admission of his incompetence during his nearly two-year span of being Durham's district attorney.

Go Duke Lacrosse!

I don't feel bad at all for him. This is what *should* happen to people who abandon ethics and integrity for personal gain.

He pursued a case with evidence clearing the boys and intentionally attempted to keep this evidence from the court. He is a big part of what's wrong with the justice system.

The law is blind, it applies to every one. A person in a position of public trust violates that trust is worse than lay people commiting the same crime.

Not in the least.

He tried to pander to a certain segment of the community and cash in on the "bad rich white boy" mythos.

Personally, I hope he's disbarred and sued for millions by the people whose lives he tried to destroy to promote himself.
