Since 2005 President Bush has acknowledged that humans are the primary cause of global warming.

This is Bush, whose administration altered government reports to make them sound less certain that GW was caused by humans.

The list of Republican politicians who have accepted this goes on.
Even if you think global warming is some hoax perpetrated by liberal scientist in cahoots with Al Gore (which is incredibly stupid), how can you deny the conclusions of the president that you elected twice, and of Gingrich who many Republicans want to nominate for president in 2008? These are supposedly some of your most valued and trusted politicians.
At the very least doesn't their acknowledgement of the human cause of global warming mean that it's not a liberal hoax?

It'll just take a bit more time for the conservatives to come around to the facts - they always do, but the speed of acceptance is inversely proportional to the strength of their skepticism and denial.

Some people don't go down party lines and worship every word uttered by one of their own while at the same time spewing intense hatred against the opposition 24/7. Some people make up their own minds.

I have a measure of distrust for all of them. And no it doesnt mean its not a liberal issue. And I have denied some of Bush's conclusions all along , yes even though i voted for him.

Yep, they fell into lock step with the loonies and tree huggers. Its a natural cycle, in the 1970's we where going into an ice age and going to freeze to death. that didn't happen either.
