I pace around my room for about four hours every day listening to music. I sort of get in a trance i imagine myself somewhere else sometimes being myself the person i create is myself yet confident. also i know who they are but i never see their faces. Do i have like a mild case of autism or am i just plain crazy and need to get out more?

No, you're not crazy.

It sounds like you disassociate, which is a perfectly normal coping skill to deal with stress or other negative emotions.

You're perfectly sane.

I wouldn't say you are crazy or have autism. You should take this built up energy and put it to good use. Go for an outside run or jog. Get a job and stay busy so you don't have 4 hours to just sit and do this. Maybe you shouldn't drink anything with sugar added. If you try these things and they don't help, maybe it would be a good idea to talk with a doctor. Good luck!!!

No One is Crazy.
Everyone is themselves, you are you, that's it.
And you has countless definitions.
I do the same, pace and listen to music for hours, and have day dreams of me dying and everyone feeling bad for me, and dreams of me being this perfect girl, etc.
If everyone thought so much of how they acted, trust me, they would all think they had a mental disease.
You probably don't, I have been told That i act like I have obsessive compulsive disorder, bipolar, adhd, etc. etc.
But I don't care anymore or get tested, cause either way I will always be a little "different",and so is everyone, Don't let yours actions make you think you are crazy,
Peace&love.

I can't say about crazy, but in my experience with autistics you don't seem autistic.
most descriptions of mental state by communicative autistics indicate that they can't filter out distractions. the person talking at the next table is as pressing as the person talking at their own table. they tend to create or focus on a stimulus that overpowers others. listening to music is not commonly adequate.
Imagination is repressed as it requires free mental capacity. so imagining yourself somewhere else is not autistic like.

It sounds to me like you are not crazy. Maybe you just need to gain some confidence and to get out more.

Well let me tell you, quit pacing and go for a walk, and maybe see a special type of Doctor.
