What makes vick a bad QB?

I mean the guy has a great arm, hes fast and isnt an nfl player considered an athlete? he does what he was born to do run, u wouldnt ask Shaq to shoot a Three pointer would u?(or a free throw either LOL)

I think Vick is a great quarterback. I would love to see him as a Dolphin. The guy just needs a better team of players around him. He can throw with the best quarterbacks and he can run better than some running backs. Awesome, all around, quarterback.

Poor decision making, no receivers, no accuracy, no touch on the ball what so ever. He's no a bad QB just inconsistent mostly due to his receivers around him.

And for the guy that said when the best receiver on the team is your tight end is a bad thing, you're wrong. Gonzo, Shockey, and Gates are all the best receivers on their team and for the most part their QB's have had good numbers. Note Eli is going through some ruff stuff but I think he'll get out of that funk.

he has a strong arm. there's a difference between great and strong. what makes vick a bad quarterback is his accuracy, his tendencies to run before he should, his receivers are terrible, and his attitude. he needs to show more leadership on the field and clean-up his image off of it. by the way, it's not shaq's job to shoot three pointers, but it is vick's job to throw the ball.

Yeah he's fast ..... I thought we were talking about QB though... If he isnt an accurate passer then maybe he should think about playing Wide out or RB to put all that speed to use.. Mr. Mexico's off the feild stuff makes it obvous that he doesnt have the smarts for that postion... Hmmm, where should we start??? The dog fights?? The water bottle with the secret weed compartment???

great arm no accuracy at all---yeah he can heave it 70+ yards but he couldnt hit the broadside of a barn---in the 40's qbs were used like a tailback and always ran now in the modern game you have to have a qb that can move the ball through the air and vick has proven that he cant do that.

vick is one of the nastiest QB's ever to play the game he can launch the ball with no effort he has speed and agility. he has nobody to throw to besides crumpler. other than that he seems like a bad player just b/c these stupid sports casters always have something bad to say about him-he can't throw the ball; so he throws the ball-he can't run and work the pocket; so he runs and demolishes opposing defences- oh, so he's a ball hog, he don't know how to pass. that's why he "seems" like a bad QB

What makes Vick a bad QB? there is nothing, he is a good, maybe even great QB, but he doesn't have recievers to compliment his arm, so all he does is use his legs.

Why does he have to be a bad QB? He is one of the most phenominal athletes in the league right now. Instead of looking at the bads he has done and judge him off of those, look at the goods and you will find he is a great QB and not a bad one

The lack of players around him. The other best player on offence is Warren Dunn and what can one man do. Also all the trouble he's been in including the dog fighting and the water bottle incident.
