Why doesn't the government throw all the employers of illegal immigrants into jail? The 12 million would leave and there sure wouldn't be anymore coming over the border!!

There has to be a law that allows such action. Who would you jail in a large corporation like Armor meat packing company? The laws allow the government to fine employers.

because illegal immigrants make up way to much of our work force and w/out them our economy could potentaly decline, which no one wants since we are at war. that is the only answer i have.

illegal immigration actually increases the economy, so technicly those employers are doing something good...

its the illegals who break the law, not the people who work with them or whom they work for.

if you want everyone to be against illegal immigration and support stricter laws, don't go after citizens.

If the guidelines are enforced, which means all unlawful extraterrestrial beings could be deported to their domicile u . s .. you could no longer implement the regulation in bits and products or choose for to implement various the guidelines yet no longer all.

Now that is a great point. I just figured that the government wouldn't do that as it "would upset the economy" and put businesses out of business.

Your approach doesn't factor in the costs involved, for one thing. The illegals provide all the documentation that employers are legally required to see. Employers are not held to be responsible for falsified documentation.

You mean the government do something that would actually make since & not waste tax payers money making up new bills, Why would they ever do anything that would make since. Government = stupidity & waste.

I'm willing to start anywhere! Living in South FL, I haven't seen one single illegal sent back, nor have I seen one employer busted! In FL, I can't recognize my country any more.
