This is a tough question, I'm moderately conservative but still think that the government ought to be able to monitor communications with known terrorists even if they originate here. I do not engage in illegal activity so big brother watching me is likely to be bored to death and I don't care.

Most Americans don't know their rights having only studied the constitution in middle or high school and don't remember anything.Read it today and by tomorrow you will know that the Bush admin. is already guilty of high crimes and misdemeanors and congress can and should be removed for non -representation of the people,non protection of our borders, commerce and equal trade. The President is an elected official not a King and the USA is not his kingdom.
