The Bengals' offense is arguably the most potent in the league. Their only shortcoming might come at the loss of OG Eric Steinbach, but press reports indicate the Bengals' O-line is doing just fine without him.
The Redskins' defense was porous last year.
The Redskins' offense has very good weapons, but a young QB, an injury prone starting RB, some underperforming WRs not named Santana, and the loss of OG Derrick Dockery.
The Bengals' defense still isn't very good at stopping the run, but they seem to be headed in the right direction in every other respect.
Bengals would take a commanding lead early & Jason Campbell would struggle to catch up. Bengals win.

The Bengals would win. Washington doesnt have anyone at QB, they are hurting at WR with the exception of Santana Moss, who will always be double teamed, and their defense is average at best. Also, the system Joe Gibbs has in place hurts that team and really cant compete with the current trends found in the NFL. The only thing the Skins have truly going for them is Clinton Portis and Chris Cooley. Cincy has one of the most powerful offenses in the game. A top 5 QB, two dominant wide receivers, and the running threat of Rudi Johnson. Bengals take the game hands down.
