Don't you feel sorry for the average Palestinian or Isreali or the British/American servicemen that are dying due to corrupt and lying leaders all around the world? Anybody that dies due to those in power and their lies.

i don't know what amazes me more this question or the answers to it. As a former serviceman who did his time and luckily never paid the ultimate price. Yes i think it is tragic when any serviceman or woman gets killed as i think its tragic whenever any civilian gets killed. But i think god there are those out there that are willing to risk life and limb to make sure everyone is safe and has the freedom to sit here and ask and answer these asinine questions. Just remember in most countries of the world you asking this question would get you imprisoned and in some killed and or tortured to death

I agree 100%

The thing that made this Nation great was the fact that the American people held the power to vote and would elect those who were qualified to make a better difference for America and the World.

That isn't the case anymore, on all accounts.

It is now the Lobbyist Bankers and the Large Corporations running everything and politics has just become a game on a stage before election time.

Like a bad reality show

Like they say at Yale - they are the Masters of the Universe and we are but insignificant barbarians.

We can only restore by electing someone outside the circle of corruption. Ron Paul is one of those - can anyone think of someone else?

Anyone at all?

yes opportunities for them to make peace have been lost. peacekeeping might not be peacekeeping but at least if these armed groups were called on to stop their conflict with israelis and become peacekeepers instead and for israelis and other Palestinians to become as well in an effort to help restore peace to world by examing UN efforts and joining them and perhaps making them work. step outside their own sphere of conflict maybe even try to give some security and help to people outside of their countries help others by not warring as this degrades the environment and also turn their armed groups into pacifists . just a silly idea i suppose but it seems such a waste of life when any of them could contribute to this. likely already have. lucky i am not the President of the U.S as i would have embaressed it with my suggestion.

I feel bad for the innocent people dying definitely. Whether they are American, Palestinian, Israeli, Iraqi, Afghani, British, Canadian.

Don't feel to bad for the soldiers though, as it was their choice.

No, I would feel sorry for a person who was drafted into the army, but if you volunteered for the army, then you should expect to die, or at least lose a limb.
