Happiness is the journey, not the destination. Happy is appreciating what you do have. Happy is waking up knowing that you are blessed because you are alive. Happy is a choice. not something that happens or something that is given. Everyone of us can choose to be happy.

Feeling like 'it' (whatever that is at the moment for you) is working perfectly and you feel good about it.
Happy doesn't happen often though, generally as good as it gets is content most of the time.
