I am a conservative and you liberals who stereotype anyone are hypocrites. Conservatives give more to charity (look it up), and every single friend of mine is heavily involved in the community. The liberals I know want the government to do it. Good luck. Try getting your local government to do anything efficiently. It's probably stocked with patronage, and I bet no one gets fired for napping on the job. Wake up liberals.
Liberals believe in handing a starving man a fish. Conservatives want to teach the man to fish. That does not make conservatives mean and greedy. Enough with the bullSh** stereotypes.

Inspired doesn't mean the Cons listen. In fact the statement that Jesus was a liberal is probably really close to the truth. Too bad cons won't heed the message of Jesus.
I am a liberal.
I am inspired by those that work and devote their lives to helping others.

Jesus of course.
Cons are actually inspired by evil white men who claim to speak in the name of Jesus but who really speak for someone else...

I didn't know that cons embraced Jesus... How are they like Jesus?
Anyway, I certainly wouldn't want cons or libs to be inspired by Jesus regarding government. Its fine in their personal lives but Jesus never ran a government. He ran a group of powerless radicals through a time of turmoil... let's stick to reality please.

I know alot of leftist Christians who are inspired by Christ. They actually devote their entire life to helping the homeless and the poor. BTW, my leftist father inlaw was a United Church of Christ minister. And, the entire congregation were liberals. My mother inlaw has worked very hard her entire life to help house the homeless and feed the poor. All of this without proselytizing.
There are examples of liberal and leftist Christians all over the world. Ever hear of Liberation Theology?
It's funny, but I rarely see a conservative Christian interested in the teachings of Christ. They are more interested in the teachings of segragation and social darwinism if they are from the south or in the teachings of Milton Friedman and the free market and how they can make more money.
