No I'm not and l wish that people would not pretend that they are. There are some very young and new pet owners who may follow bad advice because they believe it to be given by someone who is professionally qualified to give it.
I agree with Chalice. A busy vet wouldn't have much time to spend answering questions on here, a good vet always has a full appointment book.

Not a vet, but a qualified vet nurse (English thing)
I don't know of any vets on these boards - vets don't have time to spare online!! Rasperryswirrrl constantly claims to be a vet in her answers - but she also claims to be an archaeologist in other categories. It's very annoying.
