Why is it that people on here get offended when people answer a question with confidence?

i.e.: Some asks why do they think they are special or what would they do if their spouse cheated...

With an answer saying that they know that they're beautful and know that they're worth a respectable relationship. etc...

People get upset over this and will thumbs down their answers every time. I don't understand this!?

Are people seriously THAT low on themselves that they even feel intimidated through an internet advice and answer column?

when i answer ???'s for people here i try to be honest in giving my opinion and steer from answering negatively or offensively to try to help the person asking the question. But- ur right- i find that people do that alot here but one thing people should consider is that people if all genders, races and ages come here to answer questions so most of the time you will get people answer rudely, vaguely, or very educated etc jsut depends who's answering. I usually specify on my questions for people to tell me their ages so i know at what kind of mature level someone answered my question.

good factor. Admittedly, i'm hooked on Yahoo! solutions and a couple of issues i've got observed are - a million. human beings tend to already know the respond to their question until now they ask it - they're merely finding for validation and/or justification. 2. human beings get protective if others answering their question do no longer "provide them" the respond they expected they could get. as a effect, you have human beings reposting questions assorted cases until they get the respond they choose for which begs the question of why you may even ask it interior the 1st place.

I wish I could get your point.
But, as far as I've understood, people tend not to blame themselves, rather they tend to blame others.

I'm not sure what you're referring to, but maybe they interpret this as "arrogance" , which is "artificial confidence".
