I broken off with him because he cheated, I don't want him no more and I'm not jealous at all, but I just can't help myself to checking on him with the woman,am I being sick?

Just because your actions taken may be a little more extreme then others doesn't mean you're sick. You have been hurt and betrayed so it's natural to want to have some kind of contact with him or want to know what he's doing with the other woman; you are not the one that wanted it to be over. Your hand was forced because he cheated. The first step is knowing and admitting that you have a problem; yes like a person with an addiction. Now what you need to realize is you are better off; let her have that rotten apple. You go on with your life, although it may take some time you will get over it. Finds things to do to take your mind off of him and the situation. Keep busy with your friends or learn to enjoy your self.

You are torturing yourself by holding on to the hurt he has created. Moving on means you make an effort to forget completely, it takes some self control. Do what is best for you and leave him alone. Just know, you could not have lost much if he was a cheater.

Yes, you are being sick. Leave him alone and move on. Find other ways to occupy your time like reading a book, and taking English grammar lessons.
