does anyone know where i could find out about an inmates criminal records without paying?

i live in missouri and i went to missouri dept of corrections website but there is nothing on there.

Criminal records are not in the public domain

Not all states give free access to their judiciary courts/system records.

Google:
"free judiciary missouri"
see what happens.

We have an accessible judiciary system records in where I come from. It is not to be used to track people's background flippantly. Therefore, I cant give you my state's judiciary link for legal purposes.
