Almost all rental companies have pressure washers for rent. Rent one and ask what chemicals they recommend to use for cleaning your houses exterior. I have done mine prior to painting and it worked very well.

Be very careful with rental power washers. The commercial models run at a very high pressure and can damage even concrete if not used properly.
I would recommend you begin with the low pressure models like those sold by Karcher.

You can rent a power washer or buy one. Be careful with your power settings so you don't strip your house or break anything.

You can rent power sprayers from rental companies.That's what commercial companies use.

All you need is persure washer and maybe a brush with a long handle.
