the laptop need password before loading windows, the password on the motherboard?

Is it running Windows XP? If it is, there's nothing you can do unless you're some super-hacker. You'll have to reformat the computer.

Assuming you are getting to the account login on windows, try starting in safe mode then see if you are given a choice to log into a default admin account or a user defined acoount . If you have an admin account you should be able to log onto that one then go into the control panel/users applet and remove or change the password for the account you are trying to log into
