Where can I get the ISS tracker program that shows it in on all three axes?

When you watch NASA TV they show a screenshot of it running on a Windows PC.

You can go to NASA's website and get a tracker

Not exactly sure what your talking about though.

Hi. A very good free program is called Orbitron. http://www.stoff.pl/ . Tracks many satellites, predicts when they will be visible, shows the footprint, etc.
