There are certainly some similarities, and that bodes well for the Angels.

Again, I'm not sure why people care so much about strikeouts - I guess it's much more efficient to pop out to the shortstop or hit a double play ball? Anyway, Adam Dunn gets on base at the same rate as Ichiro, so if Napoli can do that then he's in good shape (he's at about .350 this season).

Lots of power, gets on base, and whiffs a lot - that sounds like Dunn. You might have to watch Napoli K a lot, but it'll be worth it if he still draws walks and hits for power.

No, he has some power but nothing like Dunn. A better comparison would be Pizza but the answer would still be no.

If you mean "is he going to be an average hitter with some power but consistantly has more Ks than hits" then yes, he's well on his way.
