...from outside Friar Laurence's cell, would you gather the feuding families into the town square of Verona and tell them all you saw, or would you keep it to yourself? What do you think about feuding families finding out about such forbidden romances right then and there? Do you think they have a right to know about it immediately? I'm curious about all your thoughts. Thanks.

It depends on my identity. Assuming I don't know the actual outcome of the play, then I would probably tell. It would be a good increase in the action, and I think it would provide Romeo and Juliet a chance to discuss their motivations. Perhaps it could even actually end the feud early. Who knows? Of course I do know the outcome so that might have had an impact on my thoughts.

I'd probably let it "slip" to someone....I have a hard time keeping juicy gossip to myself.
