Hi, I would say quality matters most, but it depends in what you are talking about, you really need to be more specific. Are you talking about relationships, or things ? You want to have good quality in the things you buy so you can your money back over time from the product , without it being damaged quickly or what ever. Relationships , are different you can't buy relationships like you think you can, it won't last long if you think you can. Quantity outlasts on relationships because its more of a time category, no matter what relationship you are in. It's what ever you make out of it and how much time you put into the relationship, is what is important.

That rather depends on the content of my question....spiritual answers are better in quality.....Happy hour questions are, for sure, all about quantity.

The Quality of answers matters more, because you could have a hundred answers to your question that are totally crappy, or you could have two or three that are really good.
