Well, I'm not really overweight or anything, but I am n a diet right now, and I don't want to lose my boobs either, just my "mommy tummy." I started out doing 10 minute Pilate's for abs a day, and then moved up to doing that and 10 minute Denise Austin abs. Also to drop a few tummy pounds cut back on bread, pasta, and anything else with alot of carbs. Also instead of drinking soda drink diet, or flavored water. Instead of chocolate drink Ensure, or chocolate milk (bought in the carton...b/c it uses skim milk) That way you can cut back on things that make the tummy sticking out, and still eat the good stuff. Also don't set yourself up for disappointment, be realistic with your goals, such as working towards 1 to 2 pounds a week.

"i will give best answer to the person who gives me a step by step plan and diet that will fit m7y lifestyle and when it comes to that time of the month"
I'd rather get money for the best answer but oh well.. here goes.
There's no way to avoid losing weight in your breasts when/if you do lose any. You'd be out of proportion if you didn't. So just make sure you exercise about an hour a day, 5 days a week, and eat lots of good healthy food. Don't overdo the fats (butter, cheese, milk) and you should be fine..
I lost a lot of weight (used to be 200 lbs/5'3"), and now I'm down to 150, and my breasts only lost 1 cup size and I'm glad of it. I have less back pain now.

It is possible that your breast size would decrease if you lost weight. However, it's also possible that your breast size wouldn't change at all. Since you know you don't need to lose weight, dieting isn't really a good option here, because there's no way to reduce one part of your body without affecting the others. However, there are lots of ways to minimize the impact you think your breasts make — and bear in mind you are the person who notices them the most! The easiest is by what you wear. First of all, getting a good bra is important. Go to a department store and let the women who work there take out a tape measure and measure you. Yeah, it's a little embarrassing, but they do this all the time, so don't stress. Once you know your correct size, try on a bunch of bras. Look for ones with lots of support, usually with thicker, wider straps. Some girls love wearing sports bras every day, because they are usually quite comfortable and offer a lot of control. There is also something called a minimizer bra, which, well, does what it sounds like. Try on a bunch, and see how your t-shirt looks over each one.
As for clothing, try not to feel so self-conscious that you end up wearing your favorite baggy sweatshirt 24/7. You can still wear tank tops — just pick ones that allow you to wear a bra underneath. No spaghetti straps or anything too flimsy. Instead, go for more athletic tanks with a wider strap for support. You can also draw attention to other parts of your body that you want to play up. Love your great legs or cute tummy? Pick clothing that shows off what you love most about yourself, balancing it out by wearing solid colors rather than big swirly patterns on your chest area.
Be aware that feeling self-conscious about your breast size is a really common experience for girls of all sizes. (And your smaller-chested friends are probably superjealous of you, by the way.) Remember that it can take a little time to get used to a body that's probably had some extreme changes over the past few years.

Your breasts aren't naturally 40D, it's actually a lot of fat in them. You'll still have big boobs regardless of how much weight you lose so I wouldn't worry about being a 40D or a 36C.
Do a lot of cardio to lose weight. Walk for 30 minutes a day and then increase your walks by 15 minutes each week. Stay away from soda, candy, chocolate, fast food, and juice. Drink only water. Eat only grilled foods and veggies. avoid white bread too. If you need something sweet go to your grocery store and buy weight watchers cupcakes. Eat those only once every 2 weeks.
Remember:
30 minutes of cardio will make you lose weight at first but will ultimately only maintain your weight
40+minutes= lose weight
After you do cardio you need to stretch to elongate the muscles. To maintain big boobs you want to develop your chest mucles. Buy some weights and lay on your back. Hold a weight in each hand and stick them up. Move the weights together and apart slowly. You can also put one knee on a chair and take a weight in one hand and lift it up and down. Good luck

it's not really possible to determine where you will lose weight at. again, people are different, one person may lose weight in their breasts first and other may lose it around their face. the best advice i can give you is to start now though, you are facing a lifetime of obesity if you continue to live the lifestyle you are now. for being only 13 and 225 pounds, i'm sure it prohibits you from participating in activites and you wouldn't want to miss out on all the good memories that are yet to be made. also, noone can give you a meal plan without knowing more about you, health conditions, family history, etc. good luck!

Your only 13. Just lose weight and get healthy then worry about your breasts. You only thirteen, you just haven't started growning, or your in growth, because I have a cousin that wanted to lose weight, so she did and her breats size stayed the same and continued to grow. And sometimes your weight has nothing to do with your cheast. When I was younger I was kind of chunky, but I was still flat cheasted.

When you lose weight, no matter what your breasts will shrink. But you're only 13 so they aren't done growing yet. Just try and lose the weight. You either chose to have 40D breasts and weight 225 lbs, or lose the weight and become healthy and have smaller breasts. But they won't completely be gone if you lose the weight. You'll still have them. And like I said, they aren't done growing.

You're body is going to change. Instead of trying to hold onto large breast, you need to talk to your Dr. about a healthy life style. I don't know anyone who wears the same bra size they did when they were 13. If you're supposed to have big breast then it doesn't matter how much you weigh, it depends on your body type. You sound obese, not sexy with large breast.

Unless you are a natural 40 D, I'm sorry to say that you can't lose weight and maintain your breast size. I would recommend exercising regularly, eating healthy, low fat foods, and try to find something that you enjoy but is also exercising, like swimming, horseback riding, or yoga.
