Hold down the little boy and let your dog pee on him.
It wont get rid of the stench but your dog will feel better.

Give your dog a bath. Only use shampoo designated for dogs as some human shampoos can dry and irrate your dogs skin and coat.

there should be not "yellow" stain. give your dog a bath, unless he's 100 yrs old, the bath alone will do the trick
