Unfortunately, they are still around in small pockets in the deep south - but they are so mocked, that they don't have any real power anymore. The only place you ever see/hear from them these days is on Jerry Springer or on Howard Stern...
What else do you expect from a bunch of moonshine swilling, sister banging, bucktoothed hicks who go around dressed like their momma made them cheap last-minute halloween costumes?

I have no idea, but I would guess maybe 35 or so states would have a chapter, and some states like Ohio probably have 3-5 chapters. But I would be very surprised if a state like DE, NH, RI, etc have chapters
