It started out as a New England accent, my family brought me to New York when I was little. It gradually morphed into a quasi-Brooklyn accent, with a New England Flair. I have moved to New Jersey now; I hate to think what I am going to sound like in a couple of years...

I live in Indiana and southern Indiana has a real southern accent and I live in northern IN but people that live north of here always are saying how we have a southern draw around here not a bad one but a slight draw.

vermont doesn't really have a noticable accent. though i live in the south now and people can tell i'm for sure not from here
