My toilet has a pipe that goes directly into the wall.
When you flush its like turning on a high powered faucet.
There is no toilet tank.
But im in New York and Im very fancy.

Well in my guest bathroom, I have air freshener spray on the back of the toilet and a pretty decor candle...
In my master bath my husband keeps magazines to read and some cleaning cloths...
