Yes, they've said they didn't get my returns. They also send out the wrong CDs.

Sort of. They have a bad habit of taking away the points you've earned if you don't use them within a certain time frame. They also charge a lot for shipping, so you would probably be better off getting CDs elsewhere.

Then again, they do have some good deals, so sometimes it's actually worth it. It depends on what you're looking for.

I guess everything has a drawback.

If you feel ripped off, you should complain and/or cancel.

No, as a matter of fact, I've never had a problem with BMG. However, Columbia House has.

ohhhh man yeaa

I signed up thru a scholarship site to bmg.com and they said they'll send me a free CD

They did and charged 5 bucks for shipping and handling and i paid that

SO EVEN AFTER that they kept sending me CDS and said In needed to pay 15 bucks for a cd or whatever

I tried calling their customer service but they make you stay in the line forever

There's no email address and if you try finding it, good luck in getting a reply

They set up an "account" for you and in order to cancel it you need to return all CDs or buy another CD at full price and then cancel it.

Ahhh i finally sent all my CDs back tho since i got an ipod

since being bought out by whomever, they are not at all like they were as far as real deals. its a shame but they too are a good reason why music is not selling like it used to before. many titles are not on sale ever. many are over priced and the shipping and handling fees are very high as well. i miss their old way of doing business.

They rip everyone off. Years ago I bought some CDs on sale and paid $5.00 per CD and $10 per CD shipping and handling.

Yea! I signed up years ago, but then I quickly ended my business with them. I didn't like the company at all.
