It is very interesting and origional. You might want to keep in mind though that a beau used to mean a boyfriend. Overall though I don't think that most children would know that so I don't think it would cause any teasing problems. Possible middle names could be

love the name! but I've always seen it as a nickname to something more formal like Beauregard, and well....Beauregard is too snooty sounding to me so I've never used the name Beau for anything other than a pet's name.
