Yes you should, but unfortunately a few bad apples.......

You know as well as I that unfortunately there will be plenty of chuckleheads who don't grow it for their own use and instead peddle it to the kids and such to make the $$$.

Also, until there is a definitive driving test that shows a person is under the influence at that exact time, and not from a week ago, they could never prosecute impaired drivers.

Believe me, there is not a person in this world who wants it legalized more than me, but until everyone uses it for just themselves it will never happen.

meaning....it will never happen :(

I think the MJ penalties are too stiff. There are a lot of good kids locked up because they messed with something that 10 percent of the population admittingly does.

more than that, God created that plant and in GEN 1:29 he told Adam that he was to use all the green plants that reproduce by their seed, male and female, and the fruit of all the trees that bear fruit with seed in them as his food. All hemp complies with that description without exception. If God gave it to Adam as food then it is not harmful.

I hope you are talking about cannabis. I do think we should legalize it and a lot of other drugs as well. It takes the criminality out of it for people and it will clean out the overcrowded jails and prisons.

1) What you are saying is a violation of the first law of thermodynamics.

2) This is not God's green earth anymore its more like God's bio-hazardous world.

3)Even if it was viable the only way such an idea would be implemented is if corporations thought it to be profitable and cost effective.

It's a gift from God so why shouldn't we be able to grow it? Beyond the medicinal value, it's a nice way to mellow out. Too bad it's been so politicized.

Yes.

Maybe we need some harsher alcohol punishments?
Drunk drivers kill more people than high drivers. In fact, studies have shown that people who are high actually drive safer than people who have had a few drinks (not necessarily drunk).

And what about hangovers?
