Can anybody tell me where I can buy (on the internet) some nice holder (or folder? sorry, I am from Cerignola, Italy...) for DVD? Not the ones that hold only the disk...
I would like some books (with rings) with a transparent page for inside booklet AND also inlay cover (the big one, just a bit smaller than a A4 page) and also a page that could carry the discs. Any link you can forward me?

They have a binder that holds 20 dvd/booklets for 21.95..I didn't check to see if they also sold refill pages....
