Owen- Great name, will grow w/him
Mason- i hate this name...i think of 'brick mason' it's an occupation not a name, IMHO.
Killian- too cute sounding...an 18 yr old boy doesn't want a 'cute' name. that and i don't like the "Kill" in the first part, that's creepy.
******
Harmony- not my tastes at all...harmony is something i like to sing...not name my kids.
Cherish- again, not my taste at all. i cherish each of my children, but i wouldn't name them that.
Norah-old fashion and worldly sounding, not my style but it's a nice strong name.

Mason - Love the name
Killian - I think of Beer
Harmony - the 80's
Cherish - Maybe for a middle name

I'm not big on "Killian" b/c it sounds somewhat violent and Norah is a pretty "old" sounding name (or it could be that I dont like the character Nora on my soap! LOL)
But I LOVE the other 4 names....
You asked what comes to mind....
Owen : Owen Wilson
Mason: someone who lays bricks
Harmony: music and peace
Cherish: love and compassion
Hope that helps! :)

Owen Wilson
Mason - My son, love it obviously...he's fun, silly smart and loving...not that I'm biased or anything
Killian - not bad, but it made me think of the name Jillian and therefore seemed a bit feminine.
Harmony - I envision someone at peace
Cherish - I'm sorry I don't really like this one
Norah - very cute...I see someone artistic
Good luck!

Owen and Mason--normal and relatively classic
Killian--beer
Harmony and Cherish--that poor child!
Norah--Norah Jones. It's an unusual spelling of a classic name. Nice!

Owen --> a cool kid with a spark of intelligence in his eyes.
Mason --> smart yet a little push over
Killian --> book keeper at some boring place
Harmony --> A lady like boss person that no one likes.
Cherish --> Too PETA type. I have nothing against PETA, but against PETA type names.
Norah --> The perfect name. Small, exotic and knows what she is doing. Please do not change it to NORA.

I think they are all very nice names actually execpt for Cherish... that name sounds like you would be labeling your child with a name that makes them sound stuck up. The rest are quite nice though. Congrats on the new baby.
