I know at least his singing is. If you watch High School Musical his singing voice sounds nothing like his talking voice. And, I know some people just have voices like that, but then there's a point in one song where in the middle of a song he stops singing to say something, and his voice doesn't sound like it normally does, it's a lot deeper. From that you can see that they mess with his voice with like computers and stuff. Oh, and his tan is too, I mean come on, he's like orange.
