Ahhh...the young...you are all so idealistic and make love not war. Then you get a job, have a family, pay taxes and become economic conservatives. AND Obviously none of you young-uns' have ever lived in the middle east. While I don't agree with the reasons we went into Iraq and I think Bush is a total 'tard, in no way is our government blaming the Iraqi people. They are blaming insurgents who come from just about every arab nation to fight democracy. No arab country wants to see a democracy in the middle east - that would mean that the control would be placed in the hands of the people, not some religious nutter.

I don't blame the Iraqis. We came in and smashed their country and opened the door for the insurgents. Now we are trying to get them to embrace a way of life they don't understand. This is an ancient land. It may take some time. If at all.

You're right, its not the Iraqis that are causing most of the chaos. Much of the unrest is a result of foreign (read Syrian) "freedom fighters" (murderors and cowards) infultrating the country. Many Iraqis want exactly what you and I do, peace and stability.
