Well, I'm 26, so I couldn't date someone 30 years younger than me. Older ... probably not. I'd say my highest limit would be about 38. It would be fine for me to date someone in her 40's now, but the problem would be in 20 years, I'd be in my 40's and she'd be in her 60's ... then I think it would make too big of a difference. 30 years would make it even that much worse.

Thirty is the new twenty. In this microwave age 20 something means you still got a lot of growing up to do. You have more twenty year olds living at home with momma than 20 years ago even if they're making a good wage. You got twenty year olds that rather stay close to home while in college refusing to cut the apron strings. 30 seems to be the new age of gaining independence and experiencing the success and hardships that builds character.

30 is old when your 15 but in the big picture 30 is young. People live to be 100 so 30 is very young.

Sorry, honey. I refuse to be old until I'm dead. I'm 32 years young and so full of life that a teenager couldn't come close. My boyfriend is turning 40 at the end of the month and he's as full of life as I am. I have many friends in their 40s, 50s, 60s and even 70s who are nowhere near old. Age is a physical reality. Old is attitude.

30 is perfect, you should be past the awkwardness of your 20's but still not quite settling into retirement age. in other words 30 is where you are established enough to be having some fun.

Old for what? Just right for what? You've got to give us something to compare it to sugar...he's old to be dating an 18 yr old, but just right for someone mid 20s - early 30s.
Thirty certainly isn't old in and of itself...I'm 42 and I'm FAR from old. ☺

npe its not old 30 but does he think 60 i sold well it means if you are near that age its not old. but 30 is average. and 60 to 70 is getting old and that is sad but oh well ife goes on if you dnt get old what do you get? dead

when you are in your teens and 20's then 30 is old but when you hit 40, thirty then looks pretty fukn good
