I want to know if the fsb of the cpu is related to ddr2 speed

It is not DIRECTLY related to the bus speed anymore.

You can have an 800mhz FSB CPUand still run DDR-667 memory.

But, as long as your MB supports DDR2-800 and the memory you have is not a cheap, off-brand module, you should have no problem running it at 800mhz.

Hi. The bus speed of the CPU should be set to the same speed of the RAM for best data transfer rates. My opinion.

no man,DDR2 is only 533mhz,to have a ram of 800mhz you have to change your MotherBoard with another one that support this memory bus speed.
