It is still way too soon to know for sure. You really should wait until you are late for your period. The pregnancy symptoms you feel could be all in your head too, especially if you really want to get pregnant.

Usually a blood test at your doctor will show up positive about a week after conception. A pelvic exam likely wouldn't show anything just yet (cervical changes and increased blood flow will occur, it just probably hasn't in the last 5 days) and an ultrasound really doesn't show much at all until at least 4-5 weeks.

Hmph. Not by an ultrasound, no. And not by a pelvic. The only thing I am thinking is that I remember reading that the cervix takes on a blueish hue during pregnancy. But again, it might be too early.

Have you taken a pregnancy test?
If not do it now!
If you did and it came out negative but you still feel pregnant go get a blood test done by your doctor to find out for sure ♥

Have you taken the test yet? Take the test first. If it comes back negative, but you still think you are pregnant then go to your doc for a blood or urine test.

a blood test is the most reliable test to tell if you are pregnant or not. its still way to early for a HPT and a ultrasound to pick anything up.

I think they do simple blood/urine tests that can tell if you are pregnant as early as 48 hours. Not positive tho. Call them and ask!

Nope too early, Question though...if you don't have the patience to wait to see if you miss your period, how in the world are you ever going to have the patience it takes to have a child? Think about that.
