I know this is short but....
Do things to make other people (not as fortunate as you) feel better.
Although I wrote part of this answer to another question I think it applies here as well.
I would do things to make you feel proud of yourself. Go donate some time at a homeless shelter - read stories to kids in the cancer ward - play piano, sing, read, listen, etc. at a retirement home, volunteer to be a "big sister", mow an elderly neighbors lawn, help with Habitat for Humanity, tell your Mom you love her and why, etc.
I guarantee you will feel MUCH better about yourself. I know I did.

I was recently diagnosed with depression, and prescribed an antidepressant. I found that that in itself helped me feel a "little more balanced". I also started working out somewhat regularly and eating some more healthy foods. Working out gave me more energy and when i started seeing results i felt much better about the way i looked and felt. When other people started to comment on the loss, i also felt a boost of confidence.

Firstly, ask yourself why you are feeling the way you do. If people or things are responsible-- DROP THEM. Take a line from Desiderata- You are a child of the universe.
Everyday, look in the mirror and see the lovely person who you are.
Surround yourself with positive people only. I wish you well.

You should do something you like most like going out with friends or do some sleepovers.
However, this is something only you can find out because no one know you better than you.
Try to do different things each time and see how you react to it.
