When the greedy employers start to pay a livable wage to U.S. workers, then we will see a reduction of immigrants coming here to take our jobs ! Let's see you live on less than 1,000 bucks a month in this economy ! Rent here in Seattle starts at 800-900 a month. Doesn't leave very much to stimulate the economy with ! Or do we want a 'slave state economy' for the lower class ? Don't forget that your ancestors got jobs here to survive long enough to make it to become legal Americans. What makes you think that you're so special, that no one else deserves what your ancesters got? Do you think if your ancesters were sent back after 5 years to their 'homeland ',pay a large 'fine' in order to return, that YOU would be an American citizen today?

Hey it might make me an a** for saying it, But when me, my father, his father, and his fathers father, enlisted to serve this country, There was no comitment to give those freedoms away to people that were not BORN HERE,

as a vet I have been disqualified from employment because of speeding tickets, and credit history that says something about the screening process of the employer not the status of the applicant,

so dispite the fact that I have a degree, graduated highschool with a 4.0 g.p.a, spent six years in the service of this country, am a licensed financial advisor, certified by the state, have never comitted a felony, Im disqualified from emploment because I got a divorce and that damamged my credit, Or Over 18 years I have 8 speeding tickets, and am concidered a habitual speeder,

lol, yah, citizens are so willing to do the work, This guy is offering 20 bucks a month and still can only get illegal workers to do it for him. As a business owner myself I know that there are some jobs that Americans think they are too good for. My dad owns a bunch of convenient stores and he had to get me and my brothers to do the work shelfing groceries and cigarettes because nobody wanted to work in the back where there's no air-conditioning and you have to lift heavy boxes. Now that my dad has retired and I take over those stores I have to get my family members (cousins, brothers, etc... to come help me do the work). We're paying 9 bucks an hour, that's well above minimum wage and it's not exactly skilled labor.

Who worked there before these immigrants came to the US? What makes you think the immigrants will continue to do these jobs after being in the States for 5 years? For a while there around 2001, I thought I was! Since then things have gotton better. To answer your question, actually no one will take the lower paying jobs. Now the drywallers and framers and roofers will argue that they want their jobs back!

Eh, that's in Phoenix where it's 115 degrees today. I don't know how widely that was promoted, but I know of a few Americans in Denver who would have loved that opportunity.
