at 23% approval rating of the Palosi Congress and "Reagan Democrats" lining up for Fred Thompson.... I would be more worried with the loss of trust of the Democrats in only 8 months after the 06 election..... we'll there is always 2012

Yes, it feels good, and it's a relief as well. But Rush will keep blathering his poison so the Republicans have someone to feed their rage at losing. He'll hang in there to denigrate whichever Dem wins, and they'll flock to him like always so they can get their daily fix and talking points.

Rush is not going anywhere. The Clintons made Rush what he is today. By the way the election has not been held yet but I'm betting the dems will pay for what they have done. Mega DITTOS

Judging by your last 2 candidates, I highly doubt we will, 50 bucks says the dems elect Clinton?

If you WERE a Democrat you would not say "Democrat president" because that is a Repuke slurr. Correctly said it is "Democratic president". And THAT depends on whether there is an HONEST election or another SHAMlection. Down with Dictator Dumbya!!!

The Democrats are a dead party. You will never see a Dem in the White House in most of our lifetimes. The party will slowly lose seats over the next 10 years until fading away.

Thompson in '08!

Who? You don't have a single candidate with a resume or history that would make them even remotely qualified for the job. Neither do the Republicans really, but at least they aren't trying to push someone who should be in prison (Hillary).

it remains to be seen, but the group that you're prematurely propping up, is equivalent to a circus side show, so I have to say your chances of being wrong are high.
as for Rush, he will still be just as prominent whether our president turns out to be a democan or a republicrat.

No - I would prefer to have a “true” Independent. Both parties have gotten so “off the wall” our nation is on the brink of collapse.
