Mainly anyone from European heritage: German, English, Greek, Russian, Polish. Italians and the Spanish are Latin, but they're still white.

That would be anyone of European descent with fair skin. Referring to people by their skin color is a totally absurd way to classify people. As a matter of fact, there are very few American who do not have mixed heritages. If people dig deep enough I'm sure they would surprised to find out they are not as pure as they thought they were.
