I can tell all the people who don't travel much...trust me when i tell you vegas isn't even close to being the best city in the world. once you do more traveling...it won't even be in your top 100.

I havent been too far out of my own state of Wisc
But I'd have to say that Denver, Co was my favorite city.
I lived there for 2 summers, and worked at a pizza hut there just for something to do. and the best part of the whole summer was :
Sitting on the edge of the mountains on the 4th of July watching all the fireworks from Denver and all the suburbs of Denver. It was awesome. To see about 12 different cities Fireworks all at the same time.

Las Vegas. I love Las Vegas. I don't travel much so I can't base my experiences of really anything else, but this is my kind of city.
I am sure there are places around the world you can go and drink in the streets and see half naked women running around and gamble all night but to me nobody does it like Las Vegas.

Chicago! Great lakeshore drive, really high-energy authentic downtown flavour in the Loop, a true all-American place to visit...fave time: day after Thanksgiving when all the stores along Michigan Ave. burst out with their fabulous Christmas windows...musicians out playing their horns, mimes doing funny stuff, great street food [every ethnic type you could imagine] and some fine all-beef, all the time old restaurants that know about good service & great atmosphere. Real deal type of city.
