There was that guy, who ate nothing but McDonalds for a month straight, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Obviously he like gained a lot of weight and lost hair and just wasnt getting the right nutrition! However, what do you think would happen to some one if they ate Saladworks consistantly and only for a month? Think they would lose? what would happen?

It depends whats choices they were making at salad works. If they are just eating ruffage, they will poop their brains out. If they are using full fat creamy dressings, those are as bad as big macs and they would probably put on weight!!!

Saladworks is good but expensive. If someone ate that for a month they would be fine they could possibly lose wieght depending on what they got and if they were really overwieght. If they just got salads most of the time that would be healthy. Why don't you test your theory out?

Someone already did, I read Macleans, which is like a Canadian version of Newsweek or Time, and they had an article where some girl did just that. She lost a lot of weight but was starting to get weak from the lack of protein. You can cut out carbs but you need protein or you will start losing your hair.

I had to answer this because I just ate that for lunch today. Anyway, I think it would make for great "answer-back" documentary movie!! Hmmm, I think I'll try it myself actually and limit it to the salads on the menu only.....Ok for the entire month of July I'll do it and I'll keep posting weekly. Let's see what happens!!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s Friday brunch time and you just can’t stop going back pertaining to seconds. But hang on! Stop to get a minute and suck on an extra strong mint. The flavour will probably put you off that 3rd plate of chicken korma/roast beef/sushi medley.

Invest in smaller plates. Little crockery means portion control is quite a bit easier – those diminutive servings suddenly look huge and you’ll be happier to consume less.
