Try Midway and check out USA3000 airlines and also ATA. Of course Southwest also runs that route but the first two have some really low fares. Good Luck! Keep in mind also that both Chicago airports have great Rapid Transit service that can take you into the city for only $2. good Luck!

Southwest Airlines is one of the cheapest into Chicago (goes to Midway Airport) but United, American, Northwest, and AirTran also comes to Chicago as well.
You might want to do some comparison shopping as they all run deals at different times.

Try flying into Milwaukee. A number of airlines fly direct and its only an hour north of the city. Smaller airport quick and easy to get in and out of.

Southwest flies from Chicago Midway to Orlando.
Midway and O'Hare are the two Chicago aiports - you may also want to check jetblue, kayak and airtran - I don't know their flight paths.

Yeah, cheapest is going to be Midway. It's not as convenient, but it's not that big a deal. I live near O'Hare, which is great for me since I travel a lot.
