You have some sorted malware in your CPU that is launched when you open your browser. Clear out all your cookies, cache and temporary Internet files within IE and see if that helps.

Secondly, as I advised earlier, go with Firefox because Firefox is a separate component/program and not an open door intertwined mess of security headaches yet to come like IE is.

Meaning in short, you wont get programs silently downloading and installing on your computer using Firefox.

Third, dont run your computer under Administrator mode. Create another user account and make it a basic account. Use this account at all times only using Administrator account when you absolutely have to.
Just by doing this one simple task, you can avoid having programs install on your computer without you even knowing it.

Fourth, you could always just install Linux. :D

Make sure your net server has a pop up blocker that comes with it. If they don't switch net servers. Sometimes the cheapest net server isn't always the best.

If you click the blue "E" to get to the internet don't.

Mozilla Firefox is better, its another thing that lets you get to the internet and BLOCKS MORE POPUPS.

Get it for FREE at www.getfirefox.com
