If someone wanted to go scuba diving, where would be a nice place to go, trip wise? A nice balance of cost and value. and scenery. Any ideas?

the Grand Cayman Islands in the Carrib. is prob. the best scuba diving in the world. the water is crystal clear and very warm....like 84 F down to 200 feet. gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous!

Egypt ! The Red sea have some of the most beautiful diving spots of the world ( especially near Sharm el sheijk. with lots coral and a big diversity fish and sea creatures At land the things you can do are also very diverse You can party at big lounges, discotheques and bars or explore the arab lifestyle ( you know the Aladdin like shopping streets, bars where you can smoke water pipe ETC ETC) You could also be a bit cultural and see the Ancient Buildings like the Sphinx the pyramids and some real mummy's Or explore the sarah with jeep or Quad and if you are just wanna be lazy you just could chill at the amazing sand beaches :)

Key West. I have been and it was the time of my life. You should totally go. They are also completely affordable. But if you want to go to Hawaii (with more expenses!) they have a great scenery too.

HAWAII. i heard they even have a cage in a boat that you can get into with sharks also they have nice places to scuba dive with nice pretty lookin fish

I went on the Great Barrier Reef, from Townsville, Australia and that was amazing.

From the States Grand Cayman would be best or Cozumel would be a little lower priced
