i heard weights can stun your growth

weights will only stunt your growth if you are trying to build power (high weights and low rep-this will add bulk), if you just focus on building strength (high rep and low weight-this will add definition) there shouldn't be a growing problem-as for the abs and muscles (mussels are something you get a a seafood place)-do pushups, situps, jump rope( really helps decrease body fat), stay active, and you HAVE to eat healthy, exercising alone isn't going to do anything if you still have a layer of fat covering the muscle-by the way, you have to have 10% or less body fat to have a fully visible six pack-for muscles along, just to basic strength training-bench press, incline, deadlift, power cleans, squats, hammers, hamstring extensions, tricep extensions, preacher curls, leg press, deltoid raises, lunges, plyometric boxes

mussels you get at a seafood restaurant.
I don't think weights can shock your growth... it's in your genes, not iron.

no weight cannot stunt ur growth. u need to work out in order to grow.

Visible defined abs are related to your body fat percentage, you won't see them until your body fat % is below 10%.
