Some caffiene should help and will not interact with either, flexeril usually causes drowsiness a lot more than naproxen, so if you can get by with just the naproxen or at least less of the flexoril while at work that may help in the future. good luck

Yes, there is a way that you can reduce drowsiness. I have worked in healthcare for four years, with the majority of my experience in sports medicine, these two drugs are regularly prescribed for muscular injuries. The Flexerill, also called cyclobenzaprine is a muscle relaxer that is causing your drowsiness. Some healthcare professionals prescribe Flexerill two or three times a day. That does not work if you have to be awake during the day and do your job effectively. Most providers in my clinic suggest the patient only take the medication at night before bedtime. You can take your naproxen twice a day as recommended, but if you can handle it, take your flexerill only once a day, right before bedtime. This will help you make it through the day without falling asleep at a critical moment.

There's nothing much you can do about the drowsiness caused by Flexoril. You shouldn't take flexoril unless you're ready for bed. It puts you out like a light
