there is company called logist courier they hire self employed couriers and pay by the mileage is it a scam ?

"logist courier" does not exist ..

Next time you post, please :-
a) check the spelling
b) give the web site / email / postal address / phone number
c) if it's a UK Company, what's the Registered Address, VAT number & Company Registration Number ...
