did you like and do you need to watch 11 and 12 in order to understand it? i might go today to see it

I went and saw Oceans 13 with my friend. She let me borrow 11 and 12 first, though I only got around to watching 11.
13 was pretty good, better than I thought it would be, in fact. It was better than 11 at least, and funnier. Plus, the actors poke fun at themselves and each other, which is always good times.
You don't really need to see the first ones to understand 13. There are probably a few jokes and/or situations, as well as some of the relationships of the characters that might be a little easier to get if you've seen the first one (such as the relationship between George Clooney and Andy Garcia's characters), but you don't have to see 11 to enjoy 13. It seems like it's fine as a stand alone movie. (So you know, in 11, Andy Garcia- Terry Bennet- was with George Clooney- Danny Ocean-'s ex-wife. When Danny got out of jail, he and his friends pulled the heist on Terry's casino.)
Go ahead and see it. You might like it, especially if you like the actors.

You only need to know that Danny Ocean is very close to Rueben. I thought it was pretty good. The angles are interesting. I wouldn't rated as highly as 1&2 though. I wish Julia Roberts would have returned for O13. All in all its a good flick.

You dont need to see the first two, they are pretty much all the same, the first one was the best of course. This one was okay.. The new 'non-existing' hotel they played in Vegas was cool! And, I think Brad Pitt really looked good in that wig!

No. I have seen 12 which was the worst. They should stop making sequels to movies. Original is always better.

I didn't watch 11, i watched 12 ... but never understood it!
i watched 13 yesterday, and to tell u the truth, i dunno how can they be related to each other.
anyway, i slept during the movie ... nice, but too long.
