Very few refineries. Very few differances between brands. Much tougher to figure who is best now vs. years ago. Biggest variable is now if your supplier gets his stock from a pipeline. Will get gasoline for some time and then get diesel and back again. In between times, there is a mixture to be avoided. They sell this cheap when they can't blend it in a big tank. The no-name stations usually have bargains based on how much diesel is in the gas and vice versa.
