My video card was working fine a week ago, but now it seemed to crash. When I check on display properties it says : Default Monitor (On) What should i do?

You may need to go to the website of your computers manufacturer to speak to a tech there. If you PC is still in warranty the service is free.

If you know the details information about your video card, you can download the latest driver for it and install it manually.

Normally, you can download the drivers from video card manufacturer's website or laptop/desktop manufacturer's website.

Either the video card is bad or your driver is bad.

First of all ure not an idiot second of all you can find the System info. Vista: Type in search box: System Information (NOTE x64 bit only) it should bring up a window just dig around.

Restore point.....or try reinstalling the CD that came with the video card.....

i think you didn't install the card properly, redo it if it still doesn't work, find someone who is good at computer for help.
